Final Fantasy Tactics Advance 2: Grimoire of the Rift is the sequel of Final Fantasy Tactics Advance for the GBA. Unlike most Final Fantasy games, it employs a battle system based on tiles, movements and turns. This was first used by Square Enix on the game Tactics Ogre. It received a major ovation and they
started to develop more games on this genre such as Final Fantasy Tactics for the
Playstation.
For FFTA2: GotR, the plot centers on a young schoolboy Luso as he was warped into a book with empty pages. Inside, he met various of people and when a certain event occur, a line or a paragraph of the empty book was restored. In order for Luso to return back to his own world, he must complete the book.
Comparing this with other Tactics game, the battle system is tweaked a bit. In every battle, there will be a judge and a law. The laws consists of:
- No Fire Magic
- No Range Attacks
- No Critical
- No Moogle
Those are just some of the laws that is present in the game. If you managed to obey the law for the entire battle, you will be given bonus rewards such as rare items, extra exp and extra AP. However if you fail to obey the law, not only you won't be able to get the bonus rewards but you can't revive fallen party members.
I haven't finished the game yet becuase you know le duhhh SPM.

And this as well |
Ahhh the memories of my childhood. Pokemon. Diamond and Pearl was released on 2007 and I played it 4 years later. On that year, the fifth generation of Pokemon games are released. The Black/White version or simply called the monochrome generation by Bulbapedia. But I'm not writing about them. Maybe later in the future. I'm gonna tell you about Pokemon Diamond/Pearl (mostly Diamond). Weeeeeeeeee!!! AHEMMM! Okay, you have three starters (as usual), with three differrent types (as usual too), which is fire, water and grass (as usual three DAFUQ?). You can choose between Turtwig (grass), Chimchar (fire), and Piplup (water).
Just like the previous installment, when you choose a starter, your rival will choose the opposite like Gary Motherfuckin' Oak did. New in Diamond and Pearl is that you will have a partner that will battle with and/or without you in the course of the story. Your partner meanwhile will choose the Pokemon that either you and your rival choose. In other words, your starter is stronger than his starter so you can kick his ass easily. And for the record, all of the starters gain a second type in their final forms respectively. Sweet.
There are about 10 new legendary pokemon in Diamond/Pearl. As for the screenshot above, it shows Dialga, the Pokemon who controls time. In Pearl, you can obtain Palkia, the Pokemon who controls space. Sounds so godlike -.- because they are. Legend has it, when Dialga was born, time began to move and when Palkia was born, it created the space. Along with another pokemon who lived in a reverse world Giratina, they keep balance to the universe. (THEY ARE GODS in Pokemon universe). Another Pokemon in the legend who is known to be the origin of life, Arceus created these three Pokemon so that they create the universe we live in. For more info on all other the Legendaries visit: http://www.serebii.net/diamondpearl/legendaries.shtml
All these three Pokemon are obtainable in the game besides Arceus who is only available during a special event. Sad but hey, that's what cheats are for. GameShark everything!!! But honestly, once you started using cheats, you won't feel like playing anymore afterwards. It throws away all the fun you know. I mean, if you first started playing to catch 'em all and then you cheated made all the Pokemon appear in front of you by the will of copy/paste cheats, it will be boring in the end. Trust me. Beats the whole purpose of you playing at the first place. Still, to cheat or not to cheat is wholly up to you. But one thing I got to tell you, enjoy the game and immerse into the storyline Nintendo has to offer. Awe in the beauty of the mountainous region of Sinnoh. If you're playing on the DS unlike me of course, be sure to play original. LOL! i played on no$gba nevermind :) Thanks for reading!
P/S: Oh and keep in touch because I still have more to write on Video Games. I played a lot! Both on XBOX 360 and PC, mostly XBOX 360. Played the EPIC Skyrim, the CONCLUSIONAL Gears of War 3, Modern Warfare 3, the AWESOME Final Fantasy XIII-2 and more!
